Jaffe Dickerson’s life as an attorney has been devoted to serving individuals, employers, nonprofit organizations, and educational institutions. He spent most of his career as a well-regarded specialist in labor and employment law with the national employment law firm Littler Mendelson, P.C. Jaffe has represented public and private sector clients in matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, and he has special expertise in education and nonprofit corporation law.

In addition to his legal knowledge and experience, Jaffe is also a skilled investigator, counselor, and strategic planner. His expertise includes organizational diversity and inclusion, employment discrimination, as well as initiatives to develop and enhance revenue streams to empower educational, charitable and community organizations to reach their potential. Jaffe has served as pro bono counsel for the Compton Unified School District Education Foundation since 2004.

Jaffe comes from a military family. His father served in World War II and Korea, his older brother served in Vietnam, and a younger brother served in Germany for many years. Jaffe graduated from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. He obtained his law degree from Boston College Law School before relocating to Greater Los Angeles.
