About Jaffe Dickerson

Jaffe Dickerson has been serving individuals, employers, nonprofit organizations, and educational institutions for almost 40 years.  For nearly 30 years, he was a specialist in labor and employment law with the highly respected national employment law firm Littler Mendelson, P.C.  Jaffe has represented public and private sector clients in matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, with particular expertise in education and nonprofit corporation law.

Besides his legal knowledge and experience, Jaffe is also a skilled investigator, counselor, and strategic planner.  His expertise includes organizational diversity and inclusion, employment discrimination, and initiatives to develop and enhance revenue streams to empower educational, charitable and community organizations to reach their potential.  Jaffe was an incorporator and has served as pro bono counsel for the Compton Unified School District Education Foundation since 2004.

Jaffe was raised in a military family.  His father served in World War II and Korea and his older brother in Vietnam; a younger brother served in the military until recently and was stationed in Germany for many years.  Jaffe graduated from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, and obtained his law degree from Boston College Law School before relocating to Greater Los Angeles.

Jaffe is also an approved Veterans Affairs Professional Fiduciary, assisting disabled veterans in managing their financial affairs.  He understands the often daunting challenges disabled veterans face in coping with life after military service and is proud to support them as a compassionate and committed trusted advisor.
